Patrick O'Connor Patrick O'Connor was appointed Chairman on 1 February 2006 and Executive Chairman on 5 February 2008. Patrick is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors and attended the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University, California, USA. Patrick has extensive executive leadership skills and wide experience in communicating with capital markets, shareholders and the media. He has a deep understanding of organisational and strategic development drawn from his involvement in management consulting practices specialising in these fields. He is currently an executive of St George Capital Pty Ltd, a boutique investment manager.

Paul Arndt Paul Arndt was appointed Executive General Manager on 24 January 2008. He has more than 13 years experience in senior roles within the resource sector. Paul has primary responsibility for all of Perilya’s Australian operating and development activities including Broken Hill, Flinders and Mount Oxide. During his career Paul has held a number of senior general management roles including Newcrest at their Telfer operation in WA, Pasminco’s Cockle Creek smelter in Boolaroo (NSW), and MIM’s Britannia zinc and lead operation in Avonmouth (UK). |
| Max Brunsdon BEc General Manager Marketing Max Brunsdon was appointed General Manager Marketing on 7 December 2006. He has a Bachelor of Economics Degree with a double major in Statistics and Psychology and more than 30 years experience and expertise in marketing and finance within the resources industry. Max has held senior positions with BHP and Western Metals Ltd, and worked as an independent marketing/commercial consultant. Max has primary responsibility for Perilya's concentrate marketing and logistics.

Tim Manners Tim Manners was appointed General Manager Finance on 7 March 2006. He has more than 13 years experience in senior roles within the resource sector. Tim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries. During his career Tim has held a number of accounting, finance and corporate roles in resource based ASX listed companies. Tim has primary responsibility for Perilya’s financial management. |
| Bruce Hooper BSc (Hons), AIG General Manager Exploration Bruce Hooper joined the company in February 2007. He has more than 20 years experience in exploration for base metals, gold, coal and oil over four continents. He has worked with BP, CRA, North Ltd and most recently spent nine years in charge of Straits Resources exploration department. Bruce has primary responsibility for Perilya’s exploration department. |
Trevor Mulroney Trevor Mulroney joined the company in July 2007. Trevor has responsibility for development of the North Mine and the Potosi and Flying Doctor projects. |
